Mystery Virgin PV's facts

Mystery Virgin - Trivia:- Yamada was the one to give ideas for the concepts of both music videos (Mystery Virgin & Moonlight). He also wanted them to contrast each other, other being white and other being black, with different feeling, expressions etc.- He was also the one to choose the b-sides, and gave his ideas for the single covers. He kept thinking all the way what fans would like the most.- The white leather hoodie he is wearing in the PV and lives is designed by him. At first he was asked what kind of jacket he would like, and he gave some ideas, but as they didn’t find a good one they made a completely new one for him. As a model they used one of his own jackets, and he was really particular about details.

- The PV for Moonlight was shot 3 days before Mystery Virgin- For the second PV he was thinking between Asia no Yoru and Moonlight, but because he got such good comments from fans after Moonlight-performance in Shounen Club (Dec 2011) - such as “it was nice to hear it after a long time - that he thought fans would like a PV of it.- He was more worried about shooting the making footage than the PVs itself, because he was afraid he wouldn’t be interesting enough alone.- Part of the Chinoiserie version of “Asia no Yoru” (found only on the NTV version) can be heard already on Jump-ing tour ‘08-‘09 DVD.- Yamada had chosen “Gin no Sekai Negai wo Komete” demo already over a year ago as a possible solo and wrote lyrics for it. For the release he went over the lyrics again and made some changes for it to fit the current mood more.- “Gin no Sekai” is about confessing your feelings directly to the person you like. He wrote it thinking of how he would also like to convey his feelings directly. He made the lyrics simple and Yamada-ish. He also wanted to use words that are rarely used by others like “snowdome” or “red tower”.- He has referred “Ai no Katamari” as his favorite song for years, and he always sings it at karaoke. He had always wanted to sing it, so it was his idea to record a cover of it.- He was hesitating covering “Ai no Katamari”, because he was worried about KinKi Kids fans’ reactions, but after receiving an encouraging e-mail from Domoto Koichi he got confidence to do it.
